1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Not be a sale or personalized item (unless defective)
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned:
- Hygiene or personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order products
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must:

- Provide your order number
- Describe the issue (with photos if necessary)
We will then provide you with return instructions.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
