By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions.
However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.
Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers (dropshipping).
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD $).
Vertaly Posture reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at checkout.
4. Orders
All orders are final once placed.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud
5. Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit cards
- Secure payments via Shopify
All transactions are encrypted and secure.
6. Shipping
Products are shipped internationally.
Estimated delivery time:
5 to 15 business days (may vary depending on location)
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs
- Unforeseen circumstances
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted under certain conditions (see Return Policy).
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

If a product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund.
